Terms and Conditions

• All use is subject to our terms and conditions.
  

• You may not share or sell on your webspace.
  

• You must have read and agreed to our e-mail acceptable use policy.
  

• You may use space up to the limit of your quota.
  

• Additional space may be purchased from us when required.
  

• The limit on space is imposed by the ftp upload process. If you attempt to upload a file that exceeds your available free space the upload will normally fail. Should this check not operate for any reason, Bullet Systems reserve the right to request that you immediately remove enough files to bring you below that limit.

• You must maintain a visible website in your webspace.

• You must accept e-mail related to your website.

• No user defined CGIs are permitted without prior arrangement.

• Support is only available for uploading, downloading and viewing pages. No support will be given for privately-written web pages.

• No logs or any detail of who visited your site will be made available.

• You are responsible for keeping backups of your own webspace. While we may keep backups of our entire server, we will not guarantee to make backups of your pages available. You may download your own pages by FTP for backup.

• Bullet Systems accepts no responsibility for loss of data, information in any form or other matters whatsoever which result from the use of this service. You are responsible for the content of your webspace, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate English law. You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your webspace.

• You must ensure that the first to be viewed on a site does not contain any material liable to offend. A clearly readable warning page must be displayed before any adult material is displayed.

• Your webspace may not be used to distribute or advertise any of the following:

  • Lists of e-mail addresses except where all the addressees have given their explicit permission.

  • Any collection of personal data other than in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Data Protection Principles.

• Bullet Systems shall not be held liable for any loss however occasioned as a result of the suspension, removal or unavailability of a customer's webspace or material stored within it.

• Bullet Systems reserve the right to suspend access to any webspace violating any of our terms and conditions (including non-payment).

• If you close your account, your webspace will be deleted.

• Bullet Systems reserve the right to remove any material from your webspace at their sole discretion, without prior notice and without explanation.

• Bullet Systems reserves the right to suspend any or all of your webspace service at any time, without prior notice and without explanation.

• Bullet Systems reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without giving written notice and/or to introduce new charges for example in the case of excessive traffic to a website.

• Bullet Systems reserve the right to vary the Conditions of Use and acceptable use policy at their sole discretion at any time and without prior notice.

• Any decision made by Bullet Systems in relation to this service shall be final. By placing content in your webspace, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions of use of the webspace.
